Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday .

Payment can be made in US dollars or Sterling (both rates are shown).

ALL PRICES INCLUDE CLEANING ON DEPARTURE, NO ADDITIONAL RENTAL CHARGES OTHER THAN TAX ON THE US$ RATES (STERLING RATES INCLUDE TAX)

Note:A refundable security deposit applies to both dollar and Sterling bookings (see below).

High Season is winter months, low season - summer.

Low Season (Post Easter up to Christmas week)    

1 week   - $575 plus taxes 

2 weeks -  $1000 plus taxes

3 weeks  - $1,450 plus taxes                                   

4 weeks - $1,850 plus taxes                           

High Season (Christmas through to Easter Week)   

1 week   - $900 plus taxes                         

2 weeks -  $1,600 plus taxes

3 weeks  - $2,300 plus taxes                                   

4 weeks - $2,950 plus taxes    

Refundable Security deposit: $500.

Taxes on $ bookings payable at rate applicable at the time (currently 10%)
